He worked for many years for the <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"234\">Medici family<\/b> and for <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"256\">Lorenzo the Magnificent<\/b>, becoming the symbol of the elegance and artistic beauty of that era.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Botticelli is world-famous for his masterpieces that combine mythology and philosophy, characterized by delicate lines and luminous colors.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">His most iconic works are <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"26\">The Birth of Venus<\/b> (<i data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"46\">La Nascita di Venere<\/i>) and <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"72\">Primavera<\/b>, both of which are preserved in the <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"118\">Uffizi Gallery<\/b> in Florence.
